A) Disable Real-Time Socket [OFF]
B) Show Answer String on Connection [ON]
C) Require Password on Connection [OFF]
D) Require Xon to Start Data Flow [OFF]
E) Idle Connection Close Timer [0]
F) Close Socket When File Empty [OFF]
Real-Time Socket Setup: Disable Real-Time Socket
allows an administrator to turn on or off
RTS access for a particular file.
Real-Time Socket Setup: Show Answer String
on Connection
toggles a standard answer string that can appear upon connection to an RTS.
Real-Time Socket Setup: Require Password on Connection
toggles password controlled
access to the RTS. If password protection is enabled, the Access password for that file/port must
be used.
Real-Time Socket Setup: Require Xon to Start Data Flow
is an on/off toggle for requiring
Xon to start data release on the RTS.
Real-Time Socket Setup: Idle Connection Timer
sets the number of minutes to wait before
terminating an inactive RTS connection. A setting of "0" disables the idle disconnect feature.
Real-Time Socket Setup: Close Socket When File Empty
toggles whether or not the unit will
close the RTS when all stored data is polled.
