4.4 Camera
The Camera menu consists of the Zone, Masks and Display Palette functions. The Zone and Masks function
similarly although they are designed for opposing purposes.
4.4.1 Zone
This function allows you to set a Zone area that you wish to monitor. Any febrile person within the Zone area
with a projected core body temperature equal to or higher than the set trigger value will activate an alarm and
tracking box on both the thermal and day camera screens.

Choose the Privacy Level 1 mode for a more distinct view of the thermal image.
Setting the Zone
1. Select the [Zone]
to the right. The rest of the screen will be greyed out, except the thermal image.
2. Set the monitoring zone by drawing the box on the screen.
3. When the function is switched on, any suspected febrile person in the Zone area with projected core
body temperature above the trigger value will activate the alarm.
4. Select “Done” on top of the screen. From now on, do not move the camera or the TRS.
