For Serious Faults:
• Some minor faults can be fixed by referring to the table
on page 19, however if an emergency or serious fault
occurs, immediately set all controls to their off positions
and disconnect the power from the source.
• If a serious fault occurs, DO NOT attempt any repairs
yourself, instead wait for a service agent to do so.
• For assistance or to organize an authorised service agent
contact our After Sales Support by calling 1300 11 4357,
or by emailing [email protected].
• Please note that if a service agent is asked to attend
whilst the product is under warranty and finds that the
problem is not the result of an appliance fault, then you
may be liable for the cost of the call out charge.
• The appliance must be accessible for the service agent
to perform any necessary repair. If your appliance is
installed in such a way that a service agent is concerned
that damage will be caused to the appliance or your
kitchen, then they will not complete a repair.
• Please refer to the Warranty Information to learn more.
