12.5 Control Valve Replacement (Lower Block)
1.
Decommission the dryer. Depressurize the dryer and turn it off (turn off the electrical
power).
2.
Make certain that the adsorption dryer is depressurized. You can check this by
inspecting the pressure indicators at the top of the adsorption dryer.
3.
Unscrew and remove the expansion silencer.
4.
Unscrew the solenoid valve connectors and lower valve block connections and remove
the lower valve block from the dryer.
5.
Replace the 4 membrane tubes and solenoid valve block.
6.
Reinstall the lower valve block and the expansion silencer.
7.
Perform the commissioning procedure.
