SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE WORKPLACE
The AWS equipment was designed and made in accordance with all mandatory safety and
health requirements by all valid EU directives.
ATTENTION!
The handling of the equipment can be dangerous if it is not used in
accordance with these instructions.
Each person, participation in the installation, start-up and maintenance of the device, has to
read and understand the full instruction of the manual. The AWS is meant exclusively for
inflating tires with compressed air and water supply. Every use for other purposes or any
change on the equipment is considered improper. In any such case, the manufacturer of the
equipment declines all responsibility for any damage that occurred as a result, instead all the
responsibility goes to the user. The planned use of the equipment includes using the manual
through the whole lifecycle of the machine (that is including the transport, installation…). All
the work that includes the installation, the start-up and maintenance is to be executed by
properly qualified personnel. When working with the equipment, the user is also obliged to
follow all the local safety regulations and regulations for accident prevention, if any such
exist.
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
The AWS equipment is not protected against explosions, and as such it must not be installed
in a dangerous environment.
The surface where the equipment is supposed to stand has to be completely flat. The
preparation of the basis of the equipment is described in the attachments on the last page of
this manual. All the air and electricity installation is to be provided into the housing from the
bottom.
We recommend the use of a steel construction for the basis (Contact the manufacturer).
ATTENTION!
The installation and operating manual is to be saved close to the
equipment, always available to any personnel, responsible for the work
with the compressor.
MOVING AND CHECKING OF THE EQUIPMENT
The compressor aggregate is integrated in a stainless steel-housing and as such, the
equipment is designed to be set up outdoors. It is meant to be set on a fixed position with
the possibility to be moved with a forklift. Pay attention to the load that may be carried by
the ground or any other support surface, where the compressor is supposed to be.
