INTRODUCTION
The manual is meant for users, who bought the equipment for professional purposes. It
includes all the information, required for the determination of the model, about its
installation, operation and maintenance.
Read the manual thoroughly and make sure, that all the requirements are met. Also ensure
the unit proper working conditions. Save the manual even after you have studied it
thoroughly. Proper servicing, maintenance and constant reviews are essential for good
operation, a stable work effect and a long lifespan of the equipment. The buyer should also
take note of any intervention in the compressor, the oil consumption, regular and irregular
maintenance and should thoroughly follow the instructions of the manual.
The compressors are designed in accordance with all safety standards provided by law. The
following pages include all the information and explanations, required for good operation
and maintenance. The user should also take note, that it is mandatory to respect the
standards and regulations at all time, which includes the testing, transport, installation,
operation, disassembly… Our personnel are available for any further information and
explanation. As the manufacturer of the equipment we decline any responsibility for
malfunctions, which might occur through improper interpretation of the manual,
unprofessional installation or failure to comply with valid standards and regulations by law.
EQUIPMENT PRESENTATION
The AWS equipment is a comprehensive solution for gas stations. It includes a compressor, a
manometer for tire-inflation and water supply. The components are assembled in a compact
housing made of stainless steel. The compressor is of a stable design. It is a coaxial piston
compressor with a one phase electro-motor. The air is compressed in one phase and after
the pressure procedure it is directed in the tank.
Our company only uses materials with a high durability, subjected to tests with mechanical
and thermal shocks.
The electro-motors are in accordance with all the valid standards and are made with
isolation materials of the class F. The noise level is measured in accordance with the CAGI-
PNEUROP standards. Proper use of the electro compressor gives a discontinuous work,
which can be estimated to 60% of the real time. To achieve these conditions, we have to
properly estimate the demanded amount of air, desired pressure, the number of users and
their continuity.
