Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible cause

LCD display is blank
or off
No el. Power.
Faulty PCB.
Check electricity.
Contact supplier or service.
Tyre inflation did
not start
automatically after
hose is connected
to the tyre
Pressure in the tyre is below o,3
bar
This is normal operation. To start
inflation press button for manual
tyre inflation. ( picture 2).
“CHECK HOSE”
sign on the display
Hose is not connected.
No pressure in the system.
Connect the hose or check if
connection is OK.
Check pressure in the system.
Air leakage
Faulty hose connection.
Faulty solenoid valve.
Dirt in the solenoid valve.
Check connections.
Call supplier or service.
Warranty exclusion
The guarantee shall be void if:
The installation and operating manual was not followed with respect to installation,
initial commissioning and maintenance.
The unit was not operated properly and appropriately.
The unit was operated when it was clearly defective.
Non-original spare parts or replacement parts were used.
The unit was not operated within the permissible technical parameters.
Unauthorized constructional changes were made to the unit or if the unit has been
opened/disassembled by an unauthorized person.
