Cleaning and Servicing
Accumulations of dirt on the transport rollers can affect the results of folding.
Therefore, the transport rollers must be cleaned periodically after use:
Disconnect the power plug before starting to clean the machine. If
necessary, the housing can be cleaned using a cloth moistened with clean
water with a little mild soap applied. Never use any solvents or aggressive
cleaning agents.

Switch off the machine (2) at the power switch (13) and disconnect it
from the power supply.
Note:
Ensure that the machine (2) is disconnected from the power
supply.

Disassemble the front folding plate (8.1) and rear folding plate (8.2)
and open the cover (3) of the paper feed (4).

Insert the handwheel (11) in the hole (12) provided on the left-hand
side of the machine (2).
Note:
The handwheel (11) is located under the machine (2).

Turn the handwheel (11) in both directions in order to move all the
rollers inside the machine (2).

Clean the folding rollers (18), paper feed roller (14) and paper ejection
wheels (19).
Note:
Only use a cloth moistened with alcohol or a neutral detergent
for this. Never use sharp objects or aggressive chemical-based
cleaning agents.
