How to Access the Printer Driver On-Line Help

1. Click on Start .
2. Select
Programs
and then
“Printer name”
.
3. Click on the
On-line help
icon.

Contextual access from the printer driver’s Settings card
1. Open Printer properties (see How to Open Printer Properties ).
Click on the
Help
button in the bottom right-hand corner,
or, select the parameter of the card you wish to modify and press the
F1
key on your computer keyboard
or, select the parameter of the card you wish to modify and click the
right mouse button
or, select the parameter of the card you wish to modify, click on ? in the top right-hand corner
of the card, drag
the
?
onto the parameter selected and click.

1. Open the
Printer Monitor
(see How to Access the Printer Monitor).
2. Click on the
Help
button in the bottom right-hand corner, for each of the Printer Monitor cards,
or, click on the On-line help button on the Printer Monitor Printer Care card

3. Click on the Troubleshooting icon.

Contextual access from the Printer Monitor
1. Open the Printer Monitor (see How to Access the Printer Monitor ).
2. Click on the Troubleshooting button on the Status card of the Printer Monitor, to be guided to the solution to
the problem corresponding to the error message displayed on the card,
or, click on the Troubleshooting button on the Printer Monitor Printer Care card , to access the first page of the
Help.
