Loading Paper into the Bypass Feeder
If you have to manually insert
a series of single sheets
:
1.
Check on the Printer Driver
Settings
card, that
Manual paper source
is selected:
•
Open
Printer Properties
, following the instructions in
Opening Printer Properties
.
•
Select
Manual paper source
.
•
Click on the
OK
button.
2.
Start printing your document.

A message on the Printer Monitor
Status
card and the
LCD will signal when the paper runs out.
Load the sheet and check that it is perfectly aligned
between the side guide and against the feed rollers.
Push it into the machine until it is picked up by the
feeder rollers.
If you want to use the bypass feeder for one sheet only, while Automatic paper feed is set, you can simply
execute the print command without loading the sheet (following the procedure described in Loading Paper
into the Bypass Feeder).
