CAUTION
• The anti-frost liquid must be duly disposed of and not dispersed in the environment.
7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
• Each cleaning and maintenance intervention must be carried out only after having performed
the operations described in the paragraph “
” that is to say
with no part of the pump moving
and no pipe full with fluid under pressure.
In particular, you must remember to always disconnect the power supply.
7.1 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Carry out the operations described in the paragraph “STOPPING” and observe what indicated in
the table below.
WARNING
• During the operation, the pump must not be too noisy and under it there must not be visible
water or oil dropping.
Should this occur, have the machine checked by a
Skilled Engineer
.
7.1.1 Diaphragm breaking
The breaking of one or more diaphragms can cause the ‘aggression’ of the pump mechanical
system by the pumped fluids.
Symptoms of possible diaphragm breaking:
• oil white colour (water presence in oil);
• excessive oil consumption.
To avoid the negative consequences of this failure, it is necessary to interrupt immediately the
pump use and refer to a
Skilled Engineer
(within 24 hours) that will carry out the necessary che-
cks.
MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION
INTERVENTION
At each use.
Every 50 hours.
Check oil level and state.
Check and possibly clean the suction filter.
Check the inflating pressure of the
accumulator (only
20
and
25
).
Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
Check the pump fixing to the machine
structure it is built-in.
If the pump fixing is poor,
do not absolutely use the machine
and apply to a Skilled Engineer.
