User authentication
AD-related Attributes Location
When using Active Directory, configure the attributes as follows.
Active Directory authentication is an optional function.
This menu is not displayed if the Active Directory authentication option is disabled.

Smart card UID
When a smart card UID (unique identifier) is
registered in Active Directory, set the name of the
attribute where the UID is registered.
E-mail Address
When an e-mail address is registered in Active
Directory, set the name of the attribute where the
e-mail address is registered.
Note
It is not necessary to modify the other
settings.
