Register in the Printer a user that can use the Printer.
The following three methods are used to register users.
Operation panel
Convenient when registering a small number of users.
User names can only contain alphanumeric characters.
Web function
Convenient when registering a small number of users.
Multilanguage user names can be used.
User Maintenance

Convenient when registering a large number of users.
Multilanguage user names can be used.
For details, see the Help section of the software.
Each user requires the user authentication settings such as available functions.
A maximum of 3000 users can be registered.

Specify the modes (copy, submit, scan, and print) in which the user is authenticated.
After this setting is completed, only authorized users can operate the Printer in the
specified modes requiring user authentication.
