3.9  INSTALLING THE TOP HOUSING 

1.  Stand the Top Housing up at the 

back of the Bottom Housing, so the 
cables from the heater unit can be 
plugged in.  (See Figure 3-37.) 

2.  Insert the connectors for the Fan and 

Temperature Sensor on the left, and 
the Thermal Overload Device and 
ground cable (for the MB23) on the 
right, as shown.

3.  Install the Top Housing. 

4.  Double-check that the grommet seal 

in the center of the Top Housing 
rests smoothly. If it is twisted, reopen 
the Housing to set it straight. 
Otherwise the display will show 

Err

 on power up. 

5.  Insert the three screws to secure the 

top housing.  (See figure 3-38.) 

6.  Place the small plug over the front 

screw after tightening it, as shown.

7.  If the Protective Glass on the MB25 

was removed or replaced, install it as 
follows: 

8.  Place the Protective Glass in the 

groove in the Heater Frame Housing 
in front of the Heater. 

9.  Then place the retainer clips and 

screws in the holes provided to  
secure the glass.  (See Figure 3-39.)
