3.8.7 Replacing the Thermal Overload Device
1. Remove the Chamber Top and
Reflector (Sections 3.9.1 and 3.9.2).
2. Remove the cables from the Thermal
Overload Device by pressing on the
tiny spring with the end of a small flat
head screwdriver. (See Figure 3-21.)
3. If the Thermal Overload Device has
been disassembled, insert its bolt
through the hole in the base of its
blade. (See Figure 3-27.)
4. Fit the washer and then the nut, and
use a wrench to tighten the nut.

MB23:
Mount the ground cable ring.
(See Figure 3-28.) Then use a wrench
to tighten the nut.

6. Insert Thermal Overload Device into
the grooves provided on the Housing.
7. Connect the cables to the Thermal
Overload as shown in Figure 3-29.
7. Reassemble the Heating Unit.
8. Perform a Temperature Calibration.

9. Conduct Performance Tests.
