Tighten nuts, top and bottom,
to secure the rear brackets to
the boiler.
Slide the front brackets
behind the nuts and washers
at the front of the boiler.
See Figure 4-6
Tighten the nuts,
top and bottom,
to secure the
front brackets to
the boiler.
Install insulation around
the heat exchanger and
secure in place with
factory supplied twine.

Before installing the insulation, read the
“Handling Instructions” in Section 11.0.
Remove protective
plastic coating from
all jacket pieces
before installing.
Attach both side panels
to brackets using sheet
metal screws provided.
