Can I load data directly from my computer to my duplica-
tor's Hard Drive?
■
No, your duplicator's Hard Drive has a unique file system that comput-
ers will not recognize. Thus, you can't perform any read/write opera-
tions to the Hard Drive from your computer.
Why won't some writers copy?
■
If those writers are connected with US13 2.0/Firewire IEEE 1394 con-
nections, please make sure the switch on the back of the duplicator is
off and restart your duplicator.

Why does my duplicator stay at “System Bootup”?
■
The reason the Copy Master II stays at system bootup forever is caused
by improper shutdown. To solve the problem, contact our Tech Support
department. Even though this problem can be solved, all the hard drive
information will be lost due to this failure.
How do I reset my duplicator back to default?
■
See “Load Default” on page 61.
