1 Main unit The document is scanned by the scanner section, and the scanned image is
printed by the printer section.
2 Authentication unit (biometric type)
CM5520040 Performs user authentication by scanning vein patterns in the finger.
3 Authentication unit (IC card type) Performs user authentication by reading the information registered on IC
cards.
4 Working table CM5520030 Provides an area to temporarily place a document or other materials. This is
also used when the authentication unit (biometric type) is installed.
5 Fax multi line CM3500220 Installed to increase the telephone lines available for faxing.
6 Image controller 9839 Allows this machine to be used as both a color printer and a color scanner
configured into a computer network.
