Use
This appliance is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Plug the appliance to
a household outlet of 230V.
1. Cover the bottom with aluminium foil for easier cleaning with the glossy side
up.
Note!
Never put foil on the heater or grid. If you wish you can pour water
in the base (max 1,5 litre), add more water if necessary. This reduces smoke
and makes the cleaning easier but reduces the grilleffect some. Always un-
plug the unit when you add water. Place the driptray on the water.
2. Put the heater and grid into place. There is a protection device in the heater
assembly to ensure that the grill operates only when the heater assembly is
seated properly on the base. Check the setting of the heater assembly if the
grill does not operate.
3. Never use the grill without the driptray.
4. Plug the appliance.
5. Turn the control knob clockwise . The heater begins to heat up. Turn
the knob to to the desired setting. The heater will automatically turn off when
it has reach the right temperature and start again when the temperature has
dropped below the desired level. Turn the knob to maximum setting if you
want continuous grilling.
6. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes.
7. Put the food directly on the grill plate. You will get the best result if the food is
not thicker than 2,5 cm. During grilling, turn the food from time to time.
