The instrument will then ask whether a set of programs (patches) dedicated to the board
fitted are to be loaded. The display will show:
If the user replies "no" (key [F6]), the machine will abort the operation and leave the
Programs (patches) already present on the instrument unchanged. Remember that
for the
sound board to be enabled
, there must be zones inside the programs which are
addressed to it. When the user proceeds with the operation (key [F5]) enough programs
will be available to allow the board's potential to be tested without having to carry out
manual programming.
After confirmation of loading of the dedicated programs, the MC 2000 displays a warning
message to point out that these new programs will overwrite those present on the
instrument, with inevitable loss of any data programmed by the user. If you have saved
important data in the range of locations suggested by the instrument, abort the operation
(key [F6]) and carry out a MIDI BULK DUMP, then repeat the procedure.
N.B.
The range of programs which will be rewritten varies depending on the type of board
installed (field A0nn).
The instrument will display the word "Executing" for a few moments, and will then return to
the previous video page.
