13. WARRANTY
THIS EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED AND TESTED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD
AND ACCORDINGLY CARRIES THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY.
Your
Oasis CX Logix
controller is covered by a
twelve (12) month
warranty against defects in
workmanship and materials if used for its intended purpose and maintained according to instructions.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement, depending on the problem of the product.
The customer is liable to return the product to
Oasis Aquatics
. Please ensure proper packaging so
that no additional damages occur during transport.
Should you need to lodge a warranty request, ensure to include:
Product serial number

Purchase date

Type of failure/s
The Warranty is void under the following circumstances:

Water damage from external sources
•
Insect infestation or penetration by dust, sand or other foreign particles inside the controller
•
Equipment that has been misused, neglected, damaged, repaired without authorisation or altered in
any way
•
Installation is carried out incorrectly by any person other than a person authorised by us to do so
•
Damage beyond our control
This warranty is not transferable under any circumstance. Keep your original purchase invoice and serial
number in a safe place.
Oasis Aquatics
shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damages. No person is
authorized to make any representation or warranty on behalf of
Oasis Aquatics
other than what is
stated here.
This limited warranty is the sole and complete warranty for
Oasis Aquatics
and shall be limited to the
cost of the meter.
