DESCRIPTION

IMPORTANT

7. Take the new hand control and thread the straight section of cord

closest to the plug into the slit of the plastic cord restraint. The
cords for both the hand control and the foot control will fit in to
this slit. Place the plastic cord restraint into the hole in the bottom
plate of the control box bracket and push it into place using
slight pressure until the cord restraint flange is flush against the
control box bracket.

8. Plug the new hand control into the control box bracket at the

same connection where the inoperable unit had been.

9. Carefully lift the control box, mounting bracket and excess cords

back up into the cabinet floor, being careful to keep all of the
excess cordage out of the way of the control box opening. Be sure
all cords are away from the screw area of the knob connections.
Line up the screw holes, hold the control box bracket base plate
in position and begin to fasten the knobs onto the 4 screws.
Hand tighten them until the bracket is secure.

10.  Connect the power cord and test the new hand control.

Should you need assistance at any time, please call a Customer Service
Representative at 800-558-8850.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Be careful of slack in the
power cords as you put the
junction box back into the
cabinet.
