Once the replacement unit has been received you are ready to replace
the  inoperable foot control.

To Replace the Foot Control, follow these steps:

1. Obtain the

new

Foot Control. (see Parts List, pg. 25)

2.  It is recommended that the table be raised to the highest height

level (use hand control) if possible, as you will need to drop the
control box out from beneath the cabinet. You will need about
14" of space to work easily.

3. After raising the table, disconnect the table’s power cord from

your power outlet before proceeding.

4. To access the control box to disconnect the foot control you must first

remove the control box mounting bracket from the underside of
the cabinet (head end) by unscrewing the four knobs that hold the
bracket in place. Brace the bottom of the control box with one hand
while loosening the knobs. Once the knobs are removed, rest the
control box carefully down on the floor. There is plenty of excess cord
stored inside the cabinet to allow the control box to sit on the floor.
