tC: Temperature compensation curve sub group
tC: Temperature compensation curve subgroup overview
The “tC” sub group lets you:
Select the temperature compensation curve
Set process temperature coefficient
Set calibration temperature coefficient
6.2
6.2.1 Selecting the temperature compensation curve
This mode lets you select between an ultrapure water curve or a linear temperature
compensation curve. Use an ultrapure water curve for solutions with very low µS
(or m
Ω
) values; use a linear temperature compensation curve for all other solutions.
Default is linear temperature compensation curve.
From measurement mode:
1.
Enter Advanced set-up mode.
Push the ENTER key. Press the
▲
key to scroll to security code “22”.
Push the ENTER key again.
2.
Press the
▲
and
▼
keys
to scroll
until the upper display shows tc.
3.
Press the ENTER key.
The upper
display will show the current tem-
perature compensation curve and the
lower display shows tc.
See bold figure at right
—Pur = ultrapure water curve
—Lin = linear temperature
compensation curve
4.
Press the
▲
and
▼
keys
to select the
temperature compensation curve.
5.
Press the ENTER key
to confirm
your selection.
6.
Proceed to step 3 of section 6.2.2, or
