KITPF5200SKTEVM evaluation board

5.2.3.4.9 PMIC ID

The PMIC tab provides basic information regarding the device. It contains three sections:

• Device ID:

 shows the device family and indicates whether the part is trimmed ASIL B

or QM.

• Silicon ID:

 shows the revision level of the silicon layers.

• OTP ID:

 shows the OTP version burned in the part.
