STEP 2.6.3 Failed Setup
Note:
A pop-up message will appear if the setup was
successful (figure 2.6.2.1). Tap OK and wait for
the DoorTalk voice prompt “WiFi connection
successful ” (this may take around 30-60 seconds).
Otherwise, an error message will display on your
mobile device (figure 2.6.3.1).
Instant Troubleshooting:
A failed setup may occur if (1) the DoorTalk
device is not powered up or (2) the Network
SSID “DoorTalk_AP” is not available. In case of
failed setup, check if the LED/Status indicator
of the DoorTalk device is blinking. If not,
check the power source and do a soft reset
by unplugging and replugging the DoorTalk
device. Then, repeat Step 2.2 onwards.

STEP 2: Network Setup (Option 2)
Objective:
In this step, you are going to connect the DoorTalk device to the WiFi
Local Area Network
.
STEP 2.1
On your mobile device, go to the WiFi Settings and connect to the
WiFi Local Area Network .
STEP 2.2
Launch the Doortalk App, tap “Settings” and choose
“DoorTalk Setup”.
