10. TROUBLESHOOTING
Explains the troubleshooting when using the VE-2CC/VM-2CC.
Error occurs
Is “ERR “LED of
the master unit ON?
Is “RUN “LED of
VE/VM-2CC ON?
Are there remote input (RX)
signals?
(RX0 to 7)
Is “PRESET” signal ON?
Would VE-2CC/VM-2CC operate
normally if ABSOCODER is
replaced?
VE-2CC/VM-2CC has a malfunction.
Contact your NSD representative.
Is the communication cable
connector disconnected?
Check the connection of the cable.
Refer to "7-3. LED Display Contents”.
Check the error state.
Refer to “10-1. Flowchart When
Having Error Signals”.
Turn OFF the “PRESET” signal.
Check the PLC program.
ABSOCODER has a malfunction.
Contact your NSD representative.
