5.13.2. Displaying NVR information
INFO tab displays NVR information ( serial number, firmware version). EQUIPMENT NAME and
PRODUCT TYPE fields are editable by user.
5.13.3. Updating NVR firmware
To update NVR firmware copy file with firmware into USB drive and place into USB port. Then press
START button from INFO tab in MAINTAIN menu. The NVR will start the installation process,
which may take a few minutes.
CAUTION: Do not turn off the recorder or disconnect it from the power supply during the up-
grade as this could damage the recorder.
5.13.4. Restoring default configuration
To restore default configuration select DEFALUT tab from MAINTAIN menu. List of possible set-
tings to restore will be displayed. Check the checkbox next to setting you want to restore and press
OK button. Check the OPTIONS checkbox on the top of the window to restore all the settings. To
make a restore press OK or APP button.
5.13.5. Auto-Reboot
The default DVR automatic restart is every Tuesday at 2 in the morning. For configuring auto reboot
select MAINTAN tab from MAINTAIN menu. The NVR can be restarted automatically every day or
on a selected day of the week of the selected full hour. Set the desired time and press OK or APP to
save the changes.
