Click OK to save the access control information for the selected user.
ConsoleOne passes the access control information to the Notes Gateway so that the access
control settings are in force immediately.
Setting Up Accounting
Every day at midnight, the Notes Gateway creates an accounting file ( acct ) in the
domain \wpgate\ notes \000.prc directory. The acct file is an ASCII-delimited text file that records
the source, priority, message type, destination, and size of each item passing through the gateway.

Enabling Accounting

In ConsoleOne, browse to and right-click the Notes Gateway object, then click Properties.

Click GroupWise > Optional Gateway Settings to display the Optional Gateway Settings
page.

Make sure Accounting is set to Yes.

Click Apply to save your changes.

Continue with “Defining an Accountant” on page 60 .
Notes Gateway Web Console
You can turn accounting on and off for the current gateway session on the Optional Gateway
Settings page.
