CRC error events or one or more OOFs.
Unavailable
Seconds
Unavailable Seconds is a count of 1-second intervals
during which service is unavailable.
Bursty Errored
Seconds
A Bursty Errored Second (BES) is a second with more
than one, but less than 320, CRC error events.
Loss of Frame
Count
Loss of Frame Count is the number of times that frame
synchronization has been lost.
Controlled
Slip Seconds
A Controlled Slip Second is a second with one or more
Controlled Slips. A Controlled Slip is the occurrence of a
replication or deletion of a DS1 frame by the receiving
terminal.
