Press the power button to turn the control unit on.
Check that the power supply is securely connected to the
Normatec 2.0 Pro control unit and the electrical outlet.
Check that the wall outlet works.
The attachments (legs,
arms, or hips) do not
inflate
The session has not
been started
The hose is not securely
connected
The attachments have
been damaged
Tap the start button to start the session.
Check that the hose is securely connected to the Normatec
2.0 Pro control unit and that the attachments are securely
connected to the junction box.
Check that the attachments do not have an air leak.
The system stopped
pumping
The hose is not securely
connected
The attachments have
been damaged
Check that the hose is securely connected to the Normatec
2.0 Pro control unit and that the attachments are securely
connected to the junction box.
Check that the attachments do not have an air leak.
Error Detected
Air leak
Check for leaks in the hose or attachment. Check that the
connectors are firmly connected.
Low Battery
Battery needs to be
charged
Plug in the control unit to charge the battery.

Cannot establish or
maintain a Bluetooth
connection
Bluetooth is turned off
Turn on Bluetooth on both the Normatec 2.0 Pro control unit
and the phone attempting to pair with the Normatec 2.0 Pro
control unit.
