To check and see if the latch drill plunge is in the home position

•  Is there a light on the latch drill home sensor?

•  Is input #1 on the PLC expansion module on?

3. Is the face plate shift assembly in its home position?

The edge prep module will only operate when all of the home sensors are activated.

To check and see if the face plate shift assembly is in the home position

•  Is there a light on the shift cylinder home sensor?

•  Is input #0 on the PLC expansion module on?

4. Is the face plate router plunge in its home position?

The edge prep module will only operate when all of the home sensors are activated.

To check and see if the face plate router plunge is in the home position

•  Is there a light on the router home sensor?

•  Is input #13 on the PLC on?

5. Is the lock template in its home position?

The edge prep module will only operate when all of the home sensors are activated.

To check and see if the Lock template plunge is in the home position

•  Is there a light on the template plunge home sensor?

•  Is input #3 on the PLC expansion module on?

6. Does the lock template come out

When you operate the switch for the lock template the template holder should come

out and stay out.

If it does not come out check the following:

•  Is the main air valve turned on?

•  Is there 90 pounds of air pressure showing on the gauge?
