PLATES
(available as standard or optional accessory for aesthetic finish of the helmet when it
is used without the visor)

Repeat the steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the visor disassembly section.
2 Lift the deformable element “D” of the visor mechanism on the left side (Fig. 16)
and remove it from the shell paying particular attention not to lose the springs of
the visor mechanism on its back.
3 Insert the teeth of the left side plate in the cavity of the visor mechanism, then
push towards the inside of the helmet near the deformable tooth “D” (Fig. 17).
4 Follow the same steps on the right side of the helmet. To assemble the visor again
first remove the side plates (see steps 2), then reassemble the visor mechanisms
(see steps 3) and the visor itself (see steps from the visor assembly section).
Note: the right visor mechanisms and side plates, identified with “ R”, are differ-
ent from the left ones, identified with “ L”.
WARNING!!!
When using the helmet without the visor, always remove the visor mechanisms from
the shell and always assemble the side plates.
• PEAK
(Available as standard or optional accessory)
PEAK ASSEMBLY
1 Repeat the steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the visor disassembly section.
2 Place the peak on the left visor mechanism paying particular attention to insert
the peak inner pawl “C” next to the lower part of the visor mechanism and the
hole “B” on the special circular projection of the same mechanism (see Fig. 18).
3 Place the left side latch on the visor mechanism and insert the inner bayonet “A”
in its special housing in the side mechanism (see Fig. 19).
4 Turn the latch 90° towards the rear part of the helmet (see Fig. 20). Carry out this
operation by pushing the latch towards the inside of the helmet. Fix the latch by
positioning the safety cover (see Fig. 1 A). Make sure the cover is firmly attached
to the latch.
5 Follow the same steps on the right side of the helmet.
WARNING!!!

Do not use the helmet if the peak has not been assembled properly.
- If the visor opening/closing mechanisms are not working properly or if such
mechanisms get damaged, please contact a Nolan authorized dealer.
PEAK DISASSEMBLY
1 Lift the safety cover from the latch as shown in Fig. 1A, rotate the latch 90
degrees towards the front part of the helmet (see Fig. 1B).
