Transmission box =
liters.
Oil capacity
2- Reducer = Fill it up to the drain plug (3).
Case (1): Remove the plug (4) and check whether the
oil level is, at least, in half box. In case there is need, fill
the oil level up through the plug orifice (4).
Use a flex neck funnel for both procedures.
Do that right after a work period, while the gearbox and
reducer are still warm because it turns easier the oil and
waste flowing off.
The drainage should be done removing the plugs (3 and
6).
The first drainage and oil replacement should be done
after 250 work hours. After that, repeat the procedure
every 2500 work hours or yearly.
Oil draining and replacement
Check every 50 work hours or weekly and fill it up if
there is need.
Reducer (2): Remove the plug (3) and check whether
the oil level reaches the edge of the plug orifice.
Remove the top plug (5) and, in case there is need, fill
the oil level up through its orifice.
Oil refiling should be done through the plugs (4 and 5),
using a flex neck funnel.
Note:
It is recommended a wash inside the gearbox
and reducer before adding the lubricant,
using a low viscosity oil or kerosene.
