Operator Manual

NA 3338 Rapid Combi APM

7.3.3  Removing mix pump and mix tank agitator

Make sure there is no more pressure in the cylinder before 
removing the mix pump from the mix tank.

1. Disconnect

 the air ho-

ses.

2. Remove

 the mix 

pump.

Click the pump loose 

by rotating it anti-

clockwise and then 

pull it straight up-

wards.

3. Place

 an air hose over 

the two air tubes.

4. Remove

 the agitator 

cap.

5. Remove

 the agitator.

7.3.4 Draining the mix tank

Throw away the old ice cream mix. Do NOT re-use.

1. Press

 ‘WASH’.

2. Drain

 all ice cream mix 

from the machine.

3. Press

 ‘OFF’.
