Add hot water, butter, milk, and the au gratin
potatoes sauce packets to the pot and stir
until fully combined. Add the dried potatoes
and mix until incorporated.

Place the Reversible Rack in the pot in the broil
position.

Place the pork tenderloin on top of the rack.
Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP.

Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to
340°F, and set time to 20 minutes. Press
START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display
for approx. 15 minutes as the unit steams, then
the timer will start counting down).

When cooking is complete, carefully remove
the rack with the tenderloin. Allow meat to
rest for 5 minutes. For extra crispy potatoes,
close the lid after removing the meat, increase
the temperature to 450°F, set time to 5 minutes
and continue to cook while the meat is resting.

After 5 minutes, slice the pork and serve with
the potatoes.

1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), marinated,
up to 3/4-inches thick

Add
1/2 of cup water to the pot.

Lay the 2 sheets of puff pastry on top of each
other. Place the Cook & Crisp Plate in the center
of the dough and use it as a template to cut
the pastry to size. Discard any excess dough.
Separate the 2 circles.

Top half of each puff pastry circle with 2 slices
of American cheese, 2 slices of ham, then the
remaining 2 slices of cheese. Evenly spread
the Dijon mustard on the top half. Fold the
turnovers in half and press the edges together
to seal closed.

Place the Cook & Crisp Plate in the pot. Place
turnovers on the plate. Close the lid and move
slider to STEAMCRISP.

Select STEAM & BAKE, set temperature to
350°F, and time to 15 minutes. Press START/
STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for
approx. 20 minutes as the unit steams, then the
timer will start counting down).

When cooking is complete, remove the
turnovers from the pot and allow them to cool
for 5 minutes before serving.

4 slices American cheese, cut in half
4 slices deli ham
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, divided
