Time to live value of IP when system is running at multicast
mode.

The status of the peer machine, such as P2P or Multicast ,and
its IP address
14 Peer S/W version R
The software version of the peer decoder machine, if the peer
machine is a WiMi6200R decoder
15 Local Machine R The status of the local machine, such as P2P or Multicast
16 Local S/W version R The software version of the local machine, WiMi6200T
