MANUAL SUCTION HOSE NOZZLE CLEANING/REPLACEMENT
Engage the parking brake (3, Fig. D).
1.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (6, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
2.
Remove the screw (1, Fig. AC) from the coupling (3) by using a Ø27 Allen wrench.
3.
Remove the screw (1, Fig. AC) from the eyebolt (4) and recover the washers (6).
4.
Remove the nozzle-
fi
lter assembly from the screw (1) by using a Ø14 Allen wrench.
5.
Unscrew the
fi
lter (2, Fig. AC) from the nozzle (5).
6.
Clean the nozzle (4, Fig. AC) and the
fi
lter (2) with compressed air or replace them.
7.
BROOM NOZZLE CLEANING/REPLACEMENT
Engage the parking brake (3, Fig. D).
1.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (6, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
2.
Unscrew the ring nut (1, Fig. AE).
3.
Clean the nozzle (2, Fig. AE) and the
fi
lter (3) with compressed air, then remove calcium deposits, or replace the
fi
lter (3) and/
4.
or the nozzle (2) if necessary.
Install the
fi
lter (3, Fig. AE) and the nozzle (2), then fasten them with the ring nut (1).
5.
Perform the procedure on both side brooms and on the 3rd broom.
6.
SUCTION INLET NOZZLE CLEANING/REPLACEMENT
Lower the suction inlet by pressing and holding the lower part of the switch (47, Fig. D).
1.
Engage the parking brake (3, Fig. D).
2.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (6, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
3.
Remove the
fi
tting (1, Fig. AF) and the hose from the housing on the suction inlet (2).
4.
Unscrew the nozzle (3, Fig. AF) from the
fi
tting (1).
5.
Clean the nozzle (3, Fig. AF) with compressed air or replace it.
6.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OIL AND FILTER REPLACEMENT
WARNING!
Hydraulic system oil is highly corrosive, wear rubber gloves.
Engage the parking brake (3, Fig. D).
1.
Lift the hopper as shown in Using The Machine paragraph.
2.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (6, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
3.
Install the support rod (1, Fig. M).
4.
Open the right front water tank (2, Fig. F) by disengaging the upper and lower fasteners (16 and 17) with an Allen wrench d.8.
5.
Place a container, which is suitable to collect oil, on the machine right side so that it is
fl
ush with the hydraulic system oil drain
6.
pug (19, Fig. F).
Unscrew and remove the drain plug (19, Fig. F), then drain the oil from the hydraulic system completely.
7.
When draining is completed, screw down the plug (19, Fig. F).
8.
Remove the oil tank plug (14, Fig. G).
9.
Remove the cover (1, Fig. AG) of the combined
fi
lter (18, Fig. G), recover the gasket (2, Fig. AG) and use it again for

reassembly.
Remove the plug (3, Fig. AG) from the
fi
lter element (5), recover the gasket (4) and use it again for reassembly.
11.
Replace the element (5).
12.
Perform steps 10 and 11 in the reverse order.
13.
Remove the cover (6, Fig. AG) of the return
fi
lter (19), recover the gasket (7) and use it again for reassembly.
14.
Remove the
fi
lter element assembly (8, Fig. AG) from the return
fi
lter (19, Fig. G), recover the gasket (9, Fig. AG) and use it
15.
again for reassembly.
Press the wings and remove the by-pass device (10, Fig. AG) from the container (12).
16.
Remove and replace the
fi
lter element (11, Fig. AG).
17.
Perform steps 14 to 17 in the reverse order.
18.
Fill the hydraulic system oil tank (4, Fig. G) through the
fi
ller plug (14). For the types of oil to be used, see the Technical Data
19.
chapter.
WARNING!
The oil and
fi
lters should be disposed of properly according to the environmental laws in force.
