Removal and Installation

Solenoid Valve Disassembly/Assembly

Disassembly

1  

Drive the machine on a level floor or on a 

hoisting system to facilitate the disassembly 

procedures 

2   Remove the brush 

3   Remove the two screws (A, Figure 12) under the 

brush deck 

4   Turn the ignition key to “I” 

5   Lower the brush deck by pressing the One-

Touch button 

 

6   Switch off the machine and disconnect the 

battery connector 

7   Unscrew and disconnect the connection (B) 

8   Remove the elastic clamp (C) and disconnect 

the detergent supply hose (D) from the solenoid 

valve 

9   Disassemble the solenoid valve (E) 

Assembly

10   Assemble the components in the reverse order of 

disassembly
