Display Mode Selection
1. Turn the key switch off.
2. Press and hold the detergent switch and EcoFlex
™
button.
3. While holding the detergent switch and EcoFlex
™
button, turn the key switch on.
4. Continue to hold the button and switch for two seconds until the EcoFlex
™
and detergent system
indicators turn on.
5. Release the button and switch. The EcoFlex
™
indicator will blink and the display will show
DISPLAY
MODE
.
6. Press the EcoFlex
™
button to toggle between
1. US DISPLAY
and
2. GLOBAL DISPLAY
.
7. Press the scrub off switch to save the new setting and display the key switch icon.
8. Turn the key switch off. The new setting will be saved until changed again.
Service Test Mode
The purpose of the service test mode is to assist the service technician with numerous quick shortcut
troubleshooting procedures. The service test mode allows you to control individual system components
independent of the normal machine operator inputs.
To Enter the Service Test Mode
1. Turn the key switch off.
2. Press and hold the scrub speed and traction control switches.
3. While holding the scrub speed and traction control switches, turn the key switch on.
4. Continue to hold the scrub speed and traction control switches until the traction control indicator lights.
5. Release the scrub speed and traction control switches. The scrub speed indicator will turn off and the
display will show
NEUTRAL/SC-NO FAULT
(speed controller - no fault). The display, switch and indicator
functions in the service test mode are described below.
6. To exit the service test mode, turn the key switch off.
Service Test Mode Display
•
Speed Control Status
– This indicator will read
SC–NO FAULT
(speed controller - no fault) if the status signal from the speed
control is normal.
– If a speed control fault exists, this indicator will read
SC-FAULT
(speed control fault). Refer to the
Wheel System, Traction
section for details on these codes.
•
Speed Control Foot Throttle Status
– The control panel display will read
NEUTRAL
when the operator foot pedal is at rest.
– The control panel display will read
FORWARD
when the foot pedal is depressed in the forward direction
to activate its forward drive mode functions.
