1.  DESCRIPTION

05-336 is a 2-channel wireless receiver used to control lighting, shutters, ventilators and other switching applications.
The device supports various operating modes: ON/OFF mode, ON/OFF mode with timer functions (fixed or

programmable), pulse mode, push-Button mode, and logic mode (and/or). These can be configured independently

per output.

2.  INSTALLATION

The receiver is a surface-mounting device that needs to be installed on a flat surface. It is IP66 classified, which

means that it protects against the ingress of dust and powerful water jets. It can be installed in indoor and

outdoor environments within a temperature range of -20 °C to +45 °C.

1.  Switch off the supply voltage

2.  Open the lid and remove the electronic printed circuit board

3.  Install M20 x 1.5 mm cable glands into the prepared openings. Use cable gland KVR M20-GDB/MGM from

Spelberg to seal cables with a diameter from 7 to 14 mm

4.  Always seal screw holes that are made with a screw cover, silicone sealer, or rubber gaskets

5.  Reinsert the electronic printed circuit board and connect the cables according the wiring diagram. Refer

to § 6 Load Table for maximum load values

* Make sure the cable glands (KVR M20-GDB/MGM ) are fully sealed.

This product must be secured with a miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of max. 16 A in the electrical cabinet.

The MCB rating is limited by national installation rules.

6.  Switch on the supply voltage

7.  Programme the receiver as described under § 3 Operation and Use, and § 4 Programming

3.  OPERATION AND USE

This Easywave receiver can be operated by wireless Easywave switches, Easywave remote controls or up to

two external wired push buttons. It has two inputs for wired potential-free push-buttons and two 10 A / 230 V

switch output contacts (one two-way and one single-pole). Each output can be paired with 32 wireless Easywave

controls. The two wired push-button inputs have priority over the wireless Easywave controls.

3.1. External push buttons

In the default state, the two external wired push buttons EXT1 and EXT2 use the ON/OFF operating mode in a

1-button operation. Input EXT1 is assigned to output 1 (CH1) and EXT2 to output 2 (CH2).
The EXT1 and EXT2 assignments can be reprogrammed, while every wired push button will behave as a 1-button

wireless control. The default state will be restored after a factory reset.
During operation, the wired push-button inputs have priority over the wireless Easywave controls.
A wired push button can, for example, be used to block an output contact by configuring a wired push button

with the ON/OFF operating mode via 2-button operation. As long as the wired push button is pressed, the

corresponding output contacts remain switched off.
When a wired push button is taught to operate in push button mode, it will switch ON its corresponding output

when pressed. Wireless Easywave controls or Easywave remote controls can switch OFF the output.

3.3. Operation

3.3.1. 2-BUTTON OPERATION

In a 2-button operation (2TB), the transmitter buttons A and C switch the output ON or start or retrigger the

TIMER functions. The transmitter buttons B or D switch OFF or stop the TIMER function.

Only one transmission button must be programmed in the receiver. The code for the second button is assigned

automatically. See § 4.1 for information about programming a 2-button operation.

Note: If a PULSE or PUSH BUTTON operating mode is programmed in 2-button operation, both buttons will

always perform the same function.

3.3.2. 1-BUTTON OPERATION

In 1-button operation (1TB), each button switches ON and OFF alternately or triggers a PULSE. Each button can

start and retrigger the TIMER and actuate the PUSH BUTTON operating mode. Each button must be individually

programmed in the receiver. There is no automatic assignment. See § 4.1 for information about programming

a 1-button operation.
