CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Disconnect the Biaxial Body Energizer from the power source when not in use. Store the
Energizer and adapter in a cool, dry place.
To clean the Energizer, wipe gently with a damp cloth. The unit may also be wiped with a
mild disinfectant solution. Do not immerse the Energizer in water or subject it to a stream
of water. Do not use chemical solvents or any materials that can damage the case.
Do not attempt to open the Energizer case. There are no user serviceable components inside.
Do not place weight on the Energizer. Use only while seated. Do not lean forward when the
Biaxial Body Energizer is in operation.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If difficulty is encountered when attempting to use the Biaxial Body Energizer, here are
areas for attention.
Situation:
Unit will not operate when switch is turned on.
Remedy:
Make sure that adapter is firmly connected at both ends and check that the
electric outlet is powered.
Situation:
Unit is operating but one or more spheres are not rotating, or not rotating in
both directions.
Remedy:
Turn off the Biaxial Body Energizer for a few seconds to reset it, then restart at
slow speed and increase speed gradually.
WARNING
Do not use the Biaxial Body Energizer if you have a pacemaker or other sensitive implanted
device. Women in the first trimester of pregnancy should consult a physician before using
the Biaxial Body Energizer. Use of the Biaxial Body Energizer may affect other medical
instruments or devices. Placing the Biaxial Body Energizer in direct contact with some
watches, audio/video tapes, credit cards or electronic equipment may impair their use.
Operate the Biaxial Body Energizer only using the approved Body Energizer or PalmMag
1000 AC adapter. Use of other adapters or devices may cause damage to the Biaxial Body
Energizer or create a fire hazard.
WARRANTY
The Biaxial Body Energizer is warranted against manufacturing defects for 90 days after
date of purchase.
