Call will be transferred to the FXS, there are 2 ways to match the extensionnumber, one is
“Matching IntCaller”, the other is “Matching ExtCaller”, clickmouse button in “Description area”
to change these 2 options.
5 Queuing
When a call comes in, extension (FXS lines) will be ringing according to the order line one
by one. To set up the lines in the queue group, click “description” see below:
To set up a group, please goes to “SysPart->Rule->Router->Group->FXS
6. Queuing (datetime)
This action if for the set up of queuing function base on the working time.
