(2) Error messages
If any of the following errors occurs, any measurements will be immediately suspended
and the equipment will stop and an alarm sounds.
After verifying the content of the display, turn off the power to the equipment and rectify
the error.
A/D FULL
Displays when the voltage input to the A/D converter of
the optical system rises above the specified value.
Check the ambient temperature in the environment
where the equipment is being used.
Note that the EMP-2 cannot be used anywhere the
ambient temperature is more than 45°C
When the error occurs where the ambient temperature is
45°C or below would suggest that some of the internal
parts of the equipment may have been damaged.

LAMP BROKEN
Displays when the light intensity of the lamp (REF
voltage) drops below the specified value.
Check the ambient temperature of the environment
where the equipment is being used.
Note that EMP-2 cannot be used anywhere the ambient
temperature is below 0°C
When error occurs where the ambient temperature is
0°C or above, the lamp may be deteriorated.

CELL DARK
Displays when the Sig voltage becomes less than 1/3 of
