Tests
Brake-Link™ offers the following tests:
• TEST WARNING LAMP to ensure the ABS Warning Lamp on the out-
side of the trailer is working properly (pg. 89) .
•
TEST VALVES
to ensure the modulator valves are working properly
(pg. 91) .
•
TEST SENSORS
to ensure that the wheel sensors are connected to the
correct wheels and to detect the greatest wheel speed for each wheel
(pg. 94) .
Access all tests via menu navigation.
Test Warning Lamp
Use this option to ensure the ABS Warning Lamp on the outside of the trailer is
functioning properly. This test blinks the lamp 8 times.
Test Exterior ABS Warning Lamp

Connect Brake-Link™ to the tractor or trailer and power-up (see “Connect-
ing Brake-Link™ Components”, on page 8). Brake-Link™ boots up and pre-
sents the
Select Application screen.
Use the and keys to select MERITOR WABCO ABS ; press

Brake-Link™ displays navigation options; use the and keys to
select MENU NAVIGATION and press .
