MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Use as a Guide
You may also find useful the table measurements
that we offer below, although it should be noted that
the measurement of fluids is usually expressed in
grams (g) and not in litres (l) and it would be correct
to convert to millilitres (ml). ie 100 grams equals 100ml

Also good to know…
For the Thermo Chef Natura to operate is necessary
for the lid to be closed. When the selected time has
passed be careful removing the lid with steam
accumulated. Always make sure that speed is 0.
Normally the selection process will be time function,
temperature and speed, as it is used in all recipes.
The spatula will be very useful for removing food
and scraping the walls of the bowl during the
development process. If food is not on the base
of the bowl it will not be cooked properly. If you
are going to use the bowl to make a recipe which
is cold after a hot recipe you must crush ice in the
bowl to cool quickly.
Always consider the quantities required as the bowl
has limited capacity. The Butterfly is designed for
processes that do not require the crushing of food.
