Please refer to the attached recipe book during
cooking which will make the cooking simpler and more
effective.
The order of ingredients
Please take the order of ingredients you will use into
account when preparing the food according to your
recipe.
Weighing
Before weighing the first ingredient, please press the
electronic scale button “ ” on the control panel to
have the weight clear to zero (0.000).
Note: do not add ingredients over 2L into the blending
bowl.
Heating time
The heating time depends on the following aspects:
a. The initial temperature of the ingredients to be
processed.
b. The quantity, weight and volume of the ingredients.
Attention: total volume should not exceed the capacity
of the main pot or steamer.
c. The thermal conductivity of the ingredients to be
processed
d. Heating degree
e. Blending speed
f . The use of accessories (whether the pot mesh/
steamer is to be used or not)
