SNP TABLE – COLUMN DEFINITIONS
DISPLAYING AND HIDING COLUMNS
You can hide a user-selected column in the table.
To hide a column:
• Right-click the header of the column that you want to hide and
select Hide Column from the shortcut menu.
To display a column(s):
Sample ID An ID used for the sample. When combining array sets in a
virtual array, the Sample ID is made by concatenating the values
for the sample attributes used to define the virtual array.

Chromosome NetAffx annotation
dbSNP RS ID Chromosome number for the SNP (NetAffx annotation)
Physical
Position
Chromosomal position for the SNP (NetAffx annotation)
TSC_ID The SNP Consortium ID (NetAffx annotation)
Call The SNP genotype call for the sample.
Call Zone
(MPAM only) Call Zone Score; also known as the Distance to Radius (DTR)
ratio. A measure of the quality of the genotype call for the
sample.

Confidence
Score (DM) The rank score for the chosen SNP call.

(BRLMM) Ratio of the distance to the nearest cluster to the distance to the
second-nearest cluster.
RAS1
(MPAM only) Relative Allele Signal (RAS) for Sense strand (display optional).
RAS2
(MPAM only) Relative Allele Signal for Antisense strand (display optional).
LOH Loss of Heterozygosity calculated for selected samples
