In GTYPE, you can:
• View the cell intensity data as an image (see Chapter 3, Working

• Analyze the cell intensity data for:
- GeneChip

10K, 100K, and 500K mapping arrays
- GenFlex ® Tag arrays
(see Chapter 4, Analyzing Cell Intensity Data, on page 107 )
• Evaluate the analysis results in tabular and graphical formats
with:
- MPAM mapping algorithm (see Chapter 5, Mapping Analysis
