Chapter 4 Using the NQuire
Introduction
The NQuire receives its input via:
1D barcode scan engine (NQuire301) or
2D barcode scan engine (NQuire302/ NQuire 304) or
RFID reader.
To scan a barcode or read an RFID tag with the NQuire, follow the instructions below. You may scan a
barcode in the
“
Sample Barcodes
”
section in Appendix to check if the NQuire reads barcode properly.
Scanning Barcodes with NQuire301
NQuire301 is only able to read 1D barcodes. It emits a red strip-shaped aiming beam to help the user to
easily position the target barcode within the terminal
